How hypnotherapy can help you feel good about your body

In my research on body image, I've been learning about tools and techniques that can help women improve how they think and feel about their bodies.

Many approaches work with the conscious mind - offering different perspective and ways of thinking that help to create a healthier mind-set about the body.

While working at a conscious level can yield great results, for some people, the beliefs they hold about their bodies and appearance are so ingrained that it can be difficult to shift them.

I'm interested in techniques that can bypass the conscious mind, working with the subconscious to change and re-programme unhelpful beliefs about appearance that hold us back from living a happy and healthy life.

In my Ask the Expert series, I'll be talking to a number of experts about alternative approaches to improving body image.
